Blearghhh!!!
Anyways, just wanna share something…. It happened yesterday, a.k.a Friday, while i was working…. There were this group of 11 adult who ordered quite a number of food item…. Yes, i admit, it was my mistake to miss out few of their orders…. However, those yang dah dapat makanan, when halfway done eating and realise that some of the orders still not out yet, at least take lahh initiative to ask about the orders…. Ni tidak tau…. Dabes makan baru inform….
Then i apologised to the max lahh because it was really2 my fault…. Offered those few who didn’t get their food complimentary soups….
Then this smart-aleck said he wanted everyone to get one too…. I was saying like i can’t possibly do that lahhh…. Well, i owe those few, not the rest…. Then the one beside him was like “We don’t accept the soup”…. Then fine, i’m okay with it…. So maseh cool jugak…. Then the smart-aleck threatened to complain to the so-called higher authority….
My blood super boiling…. Not because i was scared or anything…. It was because his tone was super unacceptable, compared to me who was seriously in a sincere and light tone nak apologise and stuff like that…. Then i just had to say, “By all means if you wanna call….” Yes, i seriously did that…. Then the lady in front of him asked me to call the manager with that kerek kinda tone…. So i just said in a light tone, “Sure!” And guess what? They weren’t the ones who didn’t get the food…. Aper sajer tau….
Then he asked me for a pen then scribbled some stuff, what i assume was complains lorrr, on the feedback form…. Seriously, i don’t even care…. Say what you want, mister…. Anyways, it’s my fault also what, i admit…. But if you were to listen to his tone of voice, his attitude and kerek-ness, i think you’ll feel like rembat-ing him one corner….
